Role Overview:Â
The Relationship Manager will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with HNW investors, Provide expert advice and guidance to international clients on the London real estate market, including trends, pricing, and investment opportunities and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual with a deep understanding of London Real Estate market and a proven track record in managing HNW clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Qualifications and Experience:
Several years experience in relationship management or business development within the HNW space.
Proven track record of success in managing relationships with HNW clients.
Extensive network of contacts within the property market and HNW investor community.
Strong understanding of international real estate market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
