Job Purpose: We are seeking a Developer Sales professional to promote our upcoming projects to other real estate brokers. The Developer Sales role will involve presenting our project offerings to brokers in their offices, understanding their requirements, and closing property deals efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the Project: Familiarize yourself with the details of the project, including its features, amenities, pricing structure, and the timelines for completion.
- Broker Engagement: Engage with real estate brokers, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options from our projects. This role involves traveling to broker offices to provide detailed project presentations.
- Sales Closure: Drive the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation of terms, guiding the brokers through the paperwork, and closing the deal.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service, addressing broker queries promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on the real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Developer Sales professional or similar role in real estate.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and broker requirements.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with travel for in-person presentations.
- Proficient in real estate software and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- Must have a driving license and their own car.
