Role: Relationship Manager - Private Office ClientsKey Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile private office clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction through personalized and proactive service. Take ownership of complex client requests, including bespoke travel arrangements, luxury experiences, and lifestyle management services, proactively finding solutions to client challenges.
Sales Excellence & Revenue Growth: Achieve ambitious sales revenue targets by crafting tailor-made travel and lifestyle solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Utilize your expertise in luxury services to support and boost the wider team's sales efforts.
Exceptional Client Service: Deliver outstanding service with a fast response time, maintaining the utmost discretion and privacy. Build long-term relationships by understanding the cultural nuances and specific needs of our high-net-worth Saudi clients, acting as a trusted advisor who's on their side.
Team Support & Collaboration: Contribute to the collective success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise, assisting in elevating the overall performance, particularly in the areas of luxury travel and lifestyle arrangements.
Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury travel and lifestyle trends, particularly within the Saudi Arabian market. Offer expert advice and innovative solutions to meet the sophisticated demands of our clients. Be willing to go the extra mile and research in new areas or industries to solve client requests.
CRM & Financial Administration: Diligently manage and update client interaction data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and visibility. Work closely with the accounts department to facilitate smooth financial administration, ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation, thereby supporting the financial health and integrity of our operations.
Supplier Relations & Representation: Represent Legacy Private Office with the highest level of professionalism at industry events and during interactions with suppliers. Foster and maintain strong relationships with our network of luxury service providers and partners, ensuring that our company values and standards are upheld, and that we continue to offer our clients exclusive experiences and unparalleled service.
The Ideal Candidate:Experience Required:-Strong background in luxury travel sales, lifestyle management, or account management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
-Experience in managing high-profile client accounts and building long-term relationships.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and solve complex problems independently.
-Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian luxury market and an understanding of global travel and lifestyle trends.
-Travel experience preferred but we will consider applicants from outside the travel and concierge industry (for example Private Banking) who can demonstrate strong experience in relationship management with high-net-worth individuals and a strong desire to learn quickly.
