Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the company.
Maintain updated database of builders/dealers/architects.
Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments with Architects and Interior designers; understanding their requirements, making sales presentations.
Generating new business through sales leads obtained from different channels of inquiries
Ensure the total end-to-end sales cycle of every deal including logistics, delivery and collection of payments.
Submit weekly action plan in advance and update on work in progress report on weekly basis covering key contents of discussions with customers met and way forward action plan.
