Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a current portfolio of clients within the forex industry, including traders, IBs, and affiliates.
- Onboard new clients, traders, and IBs immediately to meet and exceed acquisition and retention targets.
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to acquire new clients and partners in the forex space.
- Utilize expertise in forex sales, business development, and relationship management to drive business growth.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on performance-driven goals.
- Expand the companys global reach through experience in international markets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager/Account Executive/Manager or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the forex industry, with a strong network of existing clients, traders, IBs, and affiliates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a client book, with a proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
- In-depth knowledge of forex sales, business development, and relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and excel in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience in international markets is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.
