Position Overview:You will serve as the face of our development project, acting as a liaison between the company and potential buyers, investors and other stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in showcasing our project to the world and driving its success in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Showcase off-plan project properties effectively through presentations and virtual platforms.
Provide expert advice on market trends, property values and investment opportunities.- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance to support sales efforts.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions and competitor activities.
Operate within companys CRM system.
2-4 Year of experience working for real estate development company in the UAE.- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Fluency in English required.- Fluency in one of the languages preferred: Arabic, Chinese, Russian, French, German.
