Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer at Cosmo Corporate Service. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing financial advice and assistance, handling customer inquiries, promoting and selling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Business Relationship Management, Finance, and Sales skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of banking and financial products
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is a plus
