Rental Fleet Operation Coordinator
Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging operator for heavy equipment, managing operator's allocations, operator's assessment, and manage day to day operations of operators. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in rental equipment company, a thorough understanding of heavy equipment systems, operation & able to discuss operator's needs/requirement and solve complex operation's issues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular operator's assessment and routine evaluation on multitasking operators.
- Conduct online interviews.
- Conduct face to face interviews & check their skills.
- Collect time sheets of the operators & equipment on time & update in system.
- Regularly coordinate & discuss with sales for new requirement & allocation of the operators.
- Keep line manager supervisor updated on details of operators, requirement and the nature of the work for which machine is going on rent.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health regulations. Zero tolerance.
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, complex problems, and optimize process.
- Proven experience as an operations coordinator, with a demonstrated track record of successfully organize and manage operators.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work systematically to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Physical fitness and dexterity to handle work load and perform tasks in various conditions.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor & 4 to 5 years experience in same position.
- Strong attention to details and a commitment to fulfill sales team's requirement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to team members and clients.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy equipment for testing and diagnostics is a plus.
