Greenfield International School is currently looking for a hardworking and competent Reprographics Assistant to be part of their award-winning IB World School in Dubai.
Job Purpose
To assist IT Team in day-to-day works especially hardware related and IT inventory management, reporting on any missing devices. To manage and coordinate the reprographics area in an efficient and organised manner, ensuring all requests are completed and delivered to the student or staff.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree, supplemented by a relevant computer certificate program.
Experience: A minimum of two-years experience in school environment and computer systems support.
Competencies: Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service skills are required.
Attributes:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Knowledge and understanding of all IT issues in school.
Relevant technical qualifications from recognised vendors. (Microsoft, Apple, etc.)
The ability to communicate with all staff is important especially when dealing with technical issues that may affect the day-to-day practice.
