Job Description
A highly skilled RA is to be hired to help in coordinating the work of the Leadership/Pedagogy Upskilling Projects at the FOED and CURR departments. The main responsibilities are: Setting up meetings, attending, and keeping minutes. Coordinating with the trainers and RAs in the projects regarding times, locations, materials, etc. Uploading training material on the learning platforms and keeping them up-to-date. Keeping records of leaders and teachers who will be trained. Keeping assessment forms and quality assurance data and analysis. Preparing reports and presentations to present the project updates and statistics to the project leads and stakeholders. Keeping detailed plans of the projects progress. Helping in producing quantitative and qualitative assessment reports about the effectiveness of the projects. Responding to administrative questions from trainees. Communicating with the teams via email and phone and responding to their questions or relaying them to the project leads.
Minimum Qualification
Master of Education.
Preferred Qualification
The Master's degree should be in one of the following educational disciplines: educational leadership, curriculum & instruction, or special education.
