Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Reservation Agent at Pan World Travel and Tourism in Dubai. The Sales and Reservation Agent will be responsible for handling phone etiquette, reservations, customer service, communication, and receptionist duties. They will assist customers with their travel needs and inquiries, handle reservations and bookings, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience in handling reservations and bookings
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using reservation software and computer systems - GDS Gallileo is a must
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• UAE driving licence
• Understanding UAE market
