Reservations Agent

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent located in Doha, Qatar. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling phone etiquette, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with clients, and performing receptionist duties.

• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in email communication.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge in Opera PMS.
• Knowledge in OTA Channels.
• Hospitality Background (Minimum 2 years experience)
• Accommodation & Transportation provided by Company)
