As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling all reservation inquiries, bookings, and cancellations to ensure smooth and efficient guest experiences.
Job Responsibility-
- Answering reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Processing reservation requests accurately and efficiently
- Confirming bookings and sending out confirmation details to guests
- Managing cancellations and rebooking as needed
- Providing information on hotel facilities, services, and promotions
- Ensuring all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and reservation systems
- Fluency in multiple languages may be an advantage
