Job Summary-

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling all reservation inquiries, bookings, and cancellations to ensure smooth and efficient guest experiences.

Job Responsibility-

  • Answering reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Processing reservation requests accurately and efficiently
  • Confirming bookings and sending out confirmation details to guests
  • Managing cancellations and rebooking as needed
  • Providing information on hotel facilities, services, and promotions
  • Ensuring all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

Candidate Requirements-

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and reservation systems
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be an advantage
