We are pleased to announce, that Magic Travels is looking for experienced Reservations Coordinators to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.
Job Description:
- Ensuring that all work meets company standards and is according to training given; all function paperwork must be accurate and complete, including hotel/services confirmation, guest preferences, booking supplements and payment details.
- Manage all incoming requests for reservation department and ensure response all queries and maintain professional relationship and atmosphere at all times.
- To have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business including all Hotel and services requests ensuring the ability to provide a thorough response to client enquiries.
- To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and in person enquiries.
- To ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and promptly onto the system.
- Closely coordinate with the operations department for all confirmed files to facilitate a smooth tour operation.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in English language, any other European language will be an advantage
- Experience in travel or hospitality industry
- Having a customer-service experience.
- Time-Management and multi-tasking skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
