Job Description
- Responsible for overall internal client management in terms of end to end implementation of policies of services defined
- Design & conduct regular meetings with clients on a need basis to ensure execution of case plan
- Liaise with the Housing Manager to ensure discipline and compliance with defined norms
- Singly responsible to liaise with call centre after defined work hours for admission, next action steps and implementation of policies on referred cases
- Be responsible for the execution of vocational activities after work hours and ensure documentation of the same for data retrieval
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in social services or equivalent
