Resource Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining the material requirements plan with an accurate resource allocation for upcoming operational (PSD) and maintenance (TLM) activities that meet the planned and approved activities within the job horizon (0-30 days) and the short-term horizon (0-3 months) forecast and long term (3-12 months). He or she provide M&S/Assets/Products to locations and wellsite as per requests in a timely and efficient manner. He or she acts as a link between operations management and the planning & supply chain organization and build partnerships with delivery teams in OCC. Distribution hubs, EM centers to secure timely delivery of resources and services, monitor end-to-end visibility, and improve service level.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferable in Accounting and Industrial Engineering

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years in Planning and Supply Chain Management

Desirable Certifications / Skills

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills (English)
• SAP experience is a must
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel
• PBI and PowerApp additional advantage
