a Restaurant | Area Manager to work at a shawarma restaurant in Saudi Arabia.

Al Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Job Role
The Area Manager will take full responsibility for the management of all assigned restaurants to ensure the achievement of sales and profit.
Responsibilities
1- Communicate to all restaurant managers in the assigned area. Make sure that all managers have a clear understanding of their Target and are in the same business objective and direction.
2- Set up a restaurant management plan to ensure the expense is in the budget or as planned.
3- Monitor the restaurant's performance and measure the achievement of the target.
4- Solve problems and provide proper direction to increase profits for the restaurants
5- Define the Sales Target of each assigned restaurant to ensure that all restaurants have clear targets on a daily and monthly basis.
6- Communicate, monitor, and follow up to ensure the implementation effectiveness of the Marketing Program as well as the execution of new products and other public relations programs.
7-Review sales every day and analyze sales trends. Identify restaurants that have negative sales gaps, and work with the restaurant managers to identify an action plan to close the gaps.
8- Set up Manpower Plan at the restaurant manager level.
9- Recruit and select qualified restaurant managers based on restaurant needs.
10- Ensure that all team members are well-trained and passed all training processes.
11- Coach and develop the leadership skills of restaurant managers and make sure that they can apply their knowledge and skills to enhance business performance.
12- Set up a customer relationship network to build up the Brand and create awareness and customer loyalty in the located area.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others.
- Experience in Fast Food industry is a must.
- Distinct communication skills, including a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to create easily-followed guidelines for others.
