- Job Description: We are seeking a poised and professional Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage the flow of guests with grace and efficiency. As the first point of contact for our restaurant, you will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression for our guests.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage reservations and walk-ins, ensuring efficient seating arrangements .
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and address guest inquiries.
Coordinate with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
Provide guests with menus and inform them of their server's name.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and poise.
Assist in other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Salary range:- 4500 to 5000 + tips & all UAE Benefits and facilities.
