Our recruitment team is hiring Restaurant Manager with extensive experience into Bulk catering division.
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including food preparation, service, staffing, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Implement efficient workflows and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize waste.- Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Menu Development and Cost Control:- Collaborate with chefs to develop innovative menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of industrial clients.
Control food costs by optimizing portion sizes, sourcing ingredients cost-effectively, and minimizing food waste.- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and quality ingredients.
Staff Training and Development:- Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen and serving staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and mutual respect.
Customer Service Excellence:- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients.
Interact with customers to gather feedback and insights, using this information to continually improve the dining experience.- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
Financial Management:- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track performance and profitability.
Monitor expenses and revenue streams to ensure the business operates within budgetary constraints.- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings initiatives.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an industrial catering environment.- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
