We are currently seeking an Restaurant Manager for our healthy food concept in Abu Dabhi.
Responsibilities
The key requirements will include the following:
- Overseeing the successful operation of the restaurant by leading and developing the team, ensuring a high standard is implemented throughout
- Working closely with the FOH and BOH team members to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and support them during busy periods
- Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashion
- Establish a close working relationship with the kitchen and liaises with the chef about menu changes and menu presentations
- Ensures that food and beverage is served and cleared according to the standards and sequence of service
- Controls food and beverage inventory and maintains the stock
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in the hospitality industry / Event focused OR in Restaurant and Events combined with a Healthy Concept Experience
- A proven track record of organizing successful events
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
- Able to handle stress and remain calm
- Problem-solving ability
- Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred
To be considered for this role, you will possess at least 2-3 years of full-service restaurant management preferably in the UAE.
