Job Summary:As the
Restaurant Manager at our stand-alone restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the restaurants daily operations. This hands-on position requires a dynamic leader who can ensure smooth operations, exceptional service, and financial success. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of Louzan Hospitality.
Operational Oversight:- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience.
Supervise and motivate staff, including, training, scheduling, and performance management.- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
Uphold standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant.
Provide outstanding customer service, handling and resolving complaints and issues promptly and professionally.- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests, enhancing their overall experience.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Implement strategies to increase revenue, manage inventory, and reduce waste.
Ensure adherence to all local health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Enforce restaurant policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Marketing and Community Engagement:
Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.- Create and manage promotional events, specials, and loyalty programs to boost traffic and sales.
Foster relationships with the local community and stakeholders to enhance the restaurants presence.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage all aspects of restaurant operations independently.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
