Restaurant Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, hiring and training staff, managing schedules, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

• Experience in Hiring and Training staff

Excellent Communication skills

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions

* Experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry is preferred

• Multi-lingual skills are an asset (Arabic, English)
