Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jounieh for a Restaurant Supervisor. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with the team. The supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and beverage service.

- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as restaurant team leader
