Report maintenance and training needs
Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role in a restaurant
- Has background in Catering Industry.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations (like managing reservations and payments) and good communication skills.
A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
