Job Purpose:
Retail Applications Integration Specialist ensures seamless data flow across the diverse retail technologies landscape. This role will have expertise in integration technologies and experience in Ecommerce and ERP; and will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust connections between the systems such as Ecommerce, ERP, Warehouse Management System and Order Management System, using Middleware (Boomi).
Key Responsibilities:
- System Integration Development and Management: Design, develop, and manage integrations between various systems (Retail System, E-commerce, ERP, Warehouse Management, and Order Management) using Boomi as middleware. Configure and maintain system interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow and communication between applications. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify and implement solutions.
- Operational and Financial Integration: The specialist is responsible for integrating financial systems, enhancing and maintaining Retail Stock Ageing reports, and ensuring the closure of financial integration processes in a timely manner.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Writing documentation for integration processes and managing retail applications data.
- Overseeing Retail applications data which includes maintaining, backing up, DR Replication and securing databases, as well as restoring files and conduct DR Failover Tests as needed.
- Customer Service and Reporting: Responding to user inquiries and preparing various reports like capacity, backup status, and DR replication status are also included.
- Business Requirement Analysis: The role involves undertaking business requirement analysis, documentation, process mapping, and preparing detailed flowcharts and diagrams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: University Degree Or Equivalent Experience.
- Minimum Experience: Min 3 years of experience in system integration in a retail environment
- Expertise in API-based integration, middleware technologies (experience in Boomi is an advantage), and retail software applications.
- Proficiency in D365, Oracle EBS, SQL Server, and Oracle Database.

- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and capability in software construction, testing, infrastructure, configuration, a wide range of system development methodologies and operating standards
- Critical-thinking, problem-solving and the ability to plan and prioritize work to manage time effectively and accomplish assigned tasks
