Key Responsibilities:
Retail store audits (BOE Barometer of Operational Excellence):
- Discuss and review the BOE -audit plan and schedule on a regular basis.
- Assist in internal audit team in audit planning at the KSA level.
- Review compliance with policies, SOPs, standards, laws and regulations that could have significant impact upon store operations.
- Retail store assets verification and finding the variances with action plan.
- BOE training for retail stores on the policies and SOPs in line with corporate BOE checklist.
BOE - Audit Planning:
- Conduct audit assignments in line with the internal audit plan and within the budgeted time adopting the audit checklist and appropriate audit techniques.
- Identify system control and documentation.
- Assist in preparing draft reports for presentation to business entity managers and preliminary agenda of recommendations and comments for closing meetings.
- Update and inform the department head about the status, key concern areas observed during audit execution periodically.
- Compile & review draft Internal audit report according to the required standards.
Exceptions Alerts:
- Review high exceptions alerts as Delete/Cancel & Override on weekly basis.
- Ensure SUKRAN exception cases investigated and closed on observation basis.
Stock Take:
- Visit prior to stock take preparation for follow up with pre stock take checklist and attending.
- Share corrective measures to cut down the shrinkages at retail stores.
- Finding the issues /observations should be addressed to respective departments.
Damages Store/WH:
- Visit the stores & WH to verify monthly damages.
- Ensure the store / WH damages within budgeted norms.
- Ensure all the declared damages should be disposed on monthly basis.
BOE Auditor requirements:
- Should be ready to travel within the territories for audits.
- Should have experience of working on Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimum qualification bachelor's degree (B-com)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail audit field.
