We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewelry Retail Sales Associate with minimum 3-5 years of experience in the gold and diamond jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a passion for jewelry, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing gold and diamond jewelry, providing expert advice and information on products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, designs, and features of the jewelry pieces in the store.- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or concerns.
Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring jewelry displays are attractive and well-organized.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist in inventory management.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.- Stay informed about the competition and market trends to provide feedback and suggestions for store improvements.
Adhere to all safety and security policies to prevent loss and ensure a safe shopping environment.
3-5 years of experience in retail sales, specifically in gold and diamond jewelry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- In-depth knowledge of gold and diamond jewelry, including different types, qualities, and care instructions.
Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling transactions.
