Qualifications for a Property Consultant:

Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably with a focus on retail spaces.

Any nationality. M/F

Proven track record of exceeding leasing targets and achieving successful client acquisition.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Strong understanding of retail market trends and tenant needs.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.

Locally available in Qatar

Immediate joining with valid QID, QDL and NOC.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Retail Leasing Consultant:

Become an expert on our property portfolio, understanding the unique features and benefits of each space.

Proactively build relationships with potential tenants, showcasing Coreo's retail offerings as the perfect fit for their business needs.

Conduct property tours, effectively communicating the value proposition to generate leasing interest.

Navigate the full leasing cycle, from initial introductions to final documentation and handover.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience for both tenants and Coreo.
