Are you a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in Retail Loan Origination Systems (LOS) implementation We're on the lookout for a dynamic professional to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of LOS projects, from requirements gathering to go-live!
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements
- Translate requirements into clear functional specifications
- Manage end-to-end LOS implementation using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Drive process improvements and automation for enhanced loan processing efficiency
- Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure system stability
- Develop training programs and provide user support post-implementation
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service levels
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Proven track record in Project Management & Business Analysis within the LOS domain
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (PMP, Scrum, etc.)
- Strong understanding of loan origination processes and financial services compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
