Reed Recruitment is currently looking for Retail Operations Manager for one of the luxury retail client in Dubai Location.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Handling the retail operations of stores & staff for the assigned geography
- Sales targets
- Providing support & assisting the team in achieving the annual sales target
- Retail Hygiene
- Monitoring the store appearance, ambience & visual merchandising
- Ensuring retail hygiene standards are maintained
- Ensuring shop upkeep & cleanliness
- Reviewing daily checklist of shops maintained by shop in-charge
- Retail Staff
- Ensuring conformance to standard operating procedures by the staff
- Ensuring staff meet the desired grooming standards
- Preparing or validating monthly roster & annual leave roster for retail staff
- Calculating incentives & overtime & submitting to Finance on a monthly basis
- Monitoring staff performance, knowledge & discipline
- Allocating staff for trainings
- Identifying training needs of retail staff & ensuring staff are trained, coached or
- accordingly
- Inducting new sales staff
- Sales Targets
- Making sure that targets for brand promotions/shop are achieved
- Implementing sales promotions & other sales events
- Inventory/Stock
- Controlling inventory & stock turnover
