Retail Sales Executive

Job Description

· Generate leads and enquiries.

· Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.

· Cross-sell products.

· Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

· Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, and prepare brochures as required.

· Deliver exceptional customer service.

· Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

· Follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals when necessary and secure the sales.

· Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).

· Promotion of our products to potential, new and existing clients through a pro-active approach.

· Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Retail Sales Development Manager.

· Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the Retail Sales Development Manager.

· Submit weekly action plan highlighting tasks, due dates, status, expected results and actual results.

· Up-keep of a client and agents database update it where necessary to allow effective promotions.

· Prepare and send quotes and proposals.

· Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.

· Submit quotations, collect purchase orders, and collect payments.

· Distribute invoices and follow up the collection of payment.

· Ensure prompt collection of payments.

· Conduct field marketing surveys and bench marking exercise, when needed.

· Provide a market feedback on the current trend and advise management of any available changes.

  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field

  • 2 to 3 years proven experience in Sales and managing relationship with key clients.

  • Proven experience as Sales Executive is a must, ideally in a similar industry.

    Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
