Purpose of the Job:
To maximize sales by selling cars and reach out to potential customers to surplus the business.
Job Accountabilities:
- Handles telephone inquiries from customers relating to vehicle prices and availability, warranty matters, and follows-up on previous inquiries.
- Deals with walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Prepare tenders, quotations and replies to inquiries in consultation with sales manager.
- Prepare daily call reports and weekly hot prospect sheet for submission to the Sales Manager.
- Responsible for achieving agreed sales targets.
- In the absence of the Sales Co-Ordinator and the Assistant Manager - Showroom, receives the vehicle and performs receiving inspection.
- Gathers market information as requested.
- Prospects for new customers through research, referral selling.
- Receives on phone / walk-in, after-sales complaints, and service problems, and in turn tries to solve them.
- Arranges and conducts demonstrations and test drives.
- Coordinate with service Centre for effective customer care.
- Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company's QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line Manager.
Qualifications & Education
Degree or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 3years of experience in a similar profile within the automotive industry.
B2C Sales or Customer Service Experience
Experience working in a process-driven environment
Knowledge & Skills
Fluent in English; Arabic speaking candidate
Strong marketing skills.
UAE - Driving license.
