One of Egypt's leading textile manufacturers is looking for a passionate and dedicated Retail Sales Specialist to join their team, focusing on the Garment & Textile sector. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for the B2B customers by understanding their needs, showcasing our diverse range of textile products, and driving sales through expert product knowledge and excellent service.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to help them find the best products to suit their needs while maintaining a vibrant and appealing store environment. Your ability to connect with customers and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate textile products
- Achieve personal and team sales goals by promoting products effectively
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and industry trends
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the store
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and well-organized
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the garment and textile industry
- B2B experience is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current garment and textile trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
