Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist for Credit Card and Personal Loans sourcing at Policybazaar.ae located in Dubai. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to retail sales, such as interacting with customers, providing product knowledge, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of insurance products offered by Policybazaar.ae.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Minimum 1 year experience in Credit Card and Personal Loans sales
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and their features
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work well within a team
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
