Job Description:

-Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets, Provide necessary training and ongoing coaching to team members, Schedule staff effectively and monitor attendance and performance.

- Showroom Management: Update product displays and branding according to current trends and customer preferences, Ensure adequate and organized inventory management.

-Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare necessary reports for management, Analyze trends and data to develop new strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1) Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a retail sales environment, ideally within the furniture sector.

2) Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic and ability to lead and inspire a team.

3) Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
