Retail Store Operation Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular compliance checklists on various operational aspects of offline lottery outlets, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Drive the adoption of operational processes and procedures across all offline lottery outlets.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure timely escalation of operational issues and act as the first line of support for offline lottery outlets.
- Conduct visits to offline lottery outlets, identify operational issues, and develop action plans for resolution.
- Analyze operational data and collaborate with outlet managers to identify areas for improvement, recommending appropriate action plans.
- Drive the execution of defined action plans and escalate issues when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the implementation of physical and digital initiatives impacting offline lottery operations and facilitate the adoption of new processes and technology.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to project checklists for offline lottery initiatives.
- Investigate the causes of delayed incidents or actions and coordinate follow-up with service providers, escalating issues if necessary.
- Facilitate training for new joiners and conduct refresher training sessions regularly to ensure staff competence in operational procedures.
- Assist outlet managers in assessing technical training needs related to offline lottery operations and recommend appropriate training programs.
- Measure the level of knowledge and adoption of SOPs and system-related procedures among outlet staff, identifying and addressing gaps during site visits.
- Collaborate with outlet managers to identify gaps in technical training related to offline lottery operations and recommend suitable training interventions.
- Escalate any new training needs to the Regional Training Operations department.
- Conduct tactical training sessions as needed to address operational challenges effectively.
- Drive efficiency by collaborating with service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with Area Managers on the performance of offline lottery operations.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with service providers to evaluate service quality and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations or a similar field.
- Experience in lottery operations or related industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
