Retail Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the store by managing schedules, overseeing inventory and stock, and ensuring that all safety and cleanliness standards are met
Maintain accurate records and reports of store performance, sales, and customer service
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive environment
Train, evaluate, and coach staff to reach sales and customer service goals- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Monitor store performance and suggest strategies for improvement
Retail Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
3+ years of retail experience as a supervisor preferred- Excellent communication and people management skills
Able to analyze store performance and develop strategies for improvement
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
