Retail Team Leader

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Team Leader at Valu in New Cairo. The Retail Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring store management, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing customer experience.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Operations Management and Store Management experience
• Ability to create a positive and engaging customer experience
• Experience in managing and leading teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
