Job Description

General Responsibilities:

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing the resort's revenue and ensuring effective management of reservations. S/he will be strategic, analytical, and possess a strong background in hospitality revenue management.

Duties:

Revenue Management:

-Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.

-Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor rates, and economic factors to make informed pricing decisions.

-Manage revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.

-Optimize distribution channels, including OTA, direct bookings, and other sales platforms.

-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotions and packages that drive revenue.

Reservations Management:

-Oversee the reservations department, ensuring efficient processing of bookings and exceptional customer service.

-Maintain accurate records of room availability, bookings, and cancellations.

-Handle high-level inquiries and resolve customer issues related to reservations.

-Train and support reservations staff to ensure consistent service standards.

Reporting and Analysis:

-Generate regular reports on revenue performance, booking patterns, and market trends.

-Conduct regular analysis of sales data and reservation statistics to identify opportunities for improvement.

-Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Customer Relationship Management:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and partners.

-Ensure a seamless booking experience for guests from initial inquiry to check-out.

Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue management or reservations within the hospitality industry.

Skills:

נStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

נProficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., Duetto, IDeaS) and property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).

נExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

נAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

נDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
