Examines and offers competitive base and incentive pay plans; analyzes trends in compensation and benefits to make sure the company recruits and keeps top people.
- Keeps up-to-date understanding of all applicable laws pertaining to the day-to-day supervision of staff members;
Closely collaborates with management and staff members to enhance working relationships, boost morale, and boost productivity and retention.- Formulates terms of employment for new hires and oversee the onboarding cycle.
Provide leadership with hiring and termination advice.
- Track and report on workforce and succession planning.
Offer suggestions for succession and staff planning, as well as strategies for the company's reorganization.- Remain cognizant of the company's ambitions, culture, finances, and competitive landscape within the HR domain.
Determine the need for training and formulate training methods.
- Payroll Management and oversee the daily operations for 100+ employees.
Requirements:
- Proven 2-3 years of work experience in HR-operations domain preferably in a consulting or a financial firm.
Must have HR qualification/degree from a highly recognized university.- Exceptional communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws, particularly employment contracts, employee leaves management and insurance.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities, preferably has proven work experience reporting to the C-Level Management.
Familiarity with Zoho, Outlook and Human Resource Mangement System.- Passionate and Enthusiastic; Eager to learn and to be trained.
Resident visa Profiles is a plus.
