Rewards & Benefits Senior Specialist (Human Capital-Organizational Development)
Support the organizational development general department in achieving the organization's strategic objectives through effective organizational structure design, workforce planning, job analysis, and job description development. This role is essential in implementing a robust job evaluation, grading system, and rewards strategy that aligns with the organization's goals. In addition to ensuring compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations while optimizing compensation and benefits programs, developing HR policies, and maintaining effective succession planning to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Job Specific Accountabilities:
Organizational Structure Design and Workforce Planning
- Analyze requests for organizational structure changes and provide recommendations.
- Update functional accountabilities to align with organizational changes.
- Assist in workforce planning by analyzing talent needs and identifying critical roles.
- Prepare reports for senior management on workforce data.
Job Analysis and Job Descriptions Development
- Conduct job analysis utilizing a variety of methods such as interviews, surveys, and observation to gather accurate and relevant information.
- Develop and update clear, accurate, and consistently formatted job descriptions to support HC processes.
Job Evaluation, Grading System, and Rewards Strategy Design
- Conduct job evaluations based on the approved methodologies and participate in the implementation of the grading systems.
- Assist in drafting and implementing compensation plans, including incentive systems and bonuses.
- Conduct regular reviews of incentive schemes, job classifications, and salaries.
- Review and maintain the organization pay structure.
- Conduct data analysis on compensation and benefits, providing insights for improvement.
- Support compensation and benefits cycles during merit increase and bonus periods.
- Research and recommend employee benefits that align with organizational strategies.
- Administer the organization's benefits programs, such as insurance policies.
- Help maintain salary range structures and cost-effective allowances.
Performance Management
- Assist in developing criteria for performance management and excellence awards, to ensure that recognition is based on measurable achievements and contributions.
HC Policies and Procedures Development
- Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures related to rewards and benefits.
- Ensure that compensation practices comply with labor laws, relevant regulations and align with business goals.
Succession Planning
- Support succession planning and collaborate with leadership to identify critical roles, and potential successors.
Reporting
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders based on business requirements.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, Compensation and Benefits, business administration or any relevant field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
