About this opportunity!
As the Risk Specialist/Manager, you will support the implementation of MMEA risk management strategy, working in close collaboration with colleagues appointed in MMEA units to deploy the Ericssons Enterprise Risk Management Framework and support the Market Area in strengthening resistance against potential external or internal challenges
What you will do
- You will prepare periodical and ad hoc analyses involving financial and operational data on MMEA activities (collect and analyse data, evaluate results, discuss, and propose next steps).
- You will work on assigned projects, interacting with professionals working in all MA units.
- You will coordinate the assigned MA-level projects.
- You will prepare concise reports for related work groups / committee meetings and develop minutes thereof.
- You will support the meetings of MMEA Risk Management Committee.
You will bring
- At least 3-5 years of experience in different roles in Ericsson (preferably in roles related to finance, processes, internal control, EGMS or audit).
- If you are creative and enjoy looking for new solutions. Here you need to think out of the box.
- Proactive attitude.
- Detective mindset.
- Attention to detail, good analytical skills.
- Good Excel analyses & report writing skills in English (MS Word and PowerPoint).
- Project management and multitasking. This is a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner, open to deep dive into the Group methodology and self-learner through external resources.
