RMO Specialist, General Surgery

We are seeking a skilled RMO Specialist, General Surgery to join our dynamic team. Candidate must have a strong background in assisting Complex surgeries in high-volume hospitals post-residency well regarded. Role committed to providing patient care in In-Patient setting to ensure full 24 hours coverage of Surgical division under supervision of the Consultants & Specialists. Provide support to the clinical staff and ensure optimal clinical care of patients in line with the set standards. Provide care using an evidence-based approach in keeping with accepted international and professional standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• MD in General Surgery.
• 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume hospital in surgical setting post-residency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold DHA eligibility as Specialist General Surgery

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist consultants & Specialists in performing complex surgical procedures.
• Independently manage and execute minor surgical procedures.
• Participate in surgical planning, pre-operative assessments, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
