JASARA PMC is seeking a motivated and experienced Roads and Transport Manager to join our team. As the Roads and Transport Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of road infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will also be responsible for coordinating transportation and logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of personnel, equipment, and materials. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of road infrastructure projects, from design to completion
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
- Implement effective transportation and logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in road construction and transportation management
- Extensive knowledge of road construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards for road construction and transportation
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- PMP certification is a plus
