We are looking for a Rope Access Technician to join X Dubai's team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on instruction to guests on proper harnessing, zipline techniques, braking systems, and other safety procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of rope access equipment, zipline infrastructure, and surrounding areas to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor, implement and enforce safety protocols to mitigate risks and maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Demonstrate proficiency in rope access techniques, including rigging, ascending, descending, and rescue procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and advancements in rope access technology.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to staff members during zipline setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the guests by interacting in a friendly, professional manner, providing assistance and answering questions related to zipline operations and safety.
- Deliver thorough safety briefings to the guests.
- Collaborate with other staff members, including zipline operators, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or any relevant qualification.
- IRATA Level 1/2/3 certification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
