Job Overview: We are a premier recruitment agency seeking dedicated and skilled HWO Roughnecks for a leading client in the oil and gas sector operating in Saudi Arabia with a large number of up and coming projects. The Roughneck positions involve crucial operational tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of the hydraulic workover unit and associated equipment. We are recruiting personnel for multiple units, with 1st mobilisation dates in October/November
Responsibilities:
- Comply with all company safety and operational policies.
- Participate actively in on-site meetings and company training sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work site.
- Collaborate with the crew to rig up and rig down the unit efficiently.
- Perform tasks around the catwalk area, including preparing and running tubulars.
- Assist with maintenance duties on the unit.
- Monitor equipment continuously to ensure it operates within normal parameters.
- Execute other duties as assigned by crew members, including housekeeping and administrative tasks.
- Develop operating skills on winches and tongs while working in the basket (Unique to Level 2).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Snubbing, Live Well, or Hydraulic Workover (HWO) operations. (Will accept Dead well experience however this will be reflected in Seniority and expected rate while building experience)
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and operational procedures in the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with operating winches and tongs is highly desirable (for Level 2 candidates).
