What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath to enhance business processes across the organization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess automation feasibility.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to RPA projects, including process mapping, business requirements, and solution designs.
- Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots and ensure they are deployed smoothly within the production environment.
- Provide ongoing support for deployed RPA solutions, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing bots for performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and UiPath updates to continually enhance our automation capabilities.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath (certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of UiPaths suite of products and their application to business processes.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java.
- Good knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
- Ability to analyze business processes and propose automation solutions that yield tangible benefits.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
