We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our data pipelines and architectures. You will work closely with our data science, analytics, and product teams to ensure efficient data flow, enabling insights and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support business needs by implementing best practices.
• Optimize and manage data flow and collection processes across various sources.
• Monitor data quality and work to resolve issues promptly.
• Execute all the phases of a data science project including business problem understanding, data collection, exploratory analysis, and modeling.
• Building, maintaining, and optimizing our data pipelines and architectures.
• Working closely with our data science, analytics, and product teams to ensure efficient data flow, enabling insights and decision-making across the organization.
• Execute all the phases of a data science project including business problem understanding, data collection, exploratory analysis, and modeling.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the company's industry and what business problems are important to solve for the business.
• Being able to determine new ways the business should be leveraging its data.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer or related fields.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud-based data solutions.
• Hands on experience with at least one of the following programming languages Python, Java, or R.
• Hands on experience with SQL, NoSQL
• Hands on experience d3.js, Matplottlib, Tableau or PowerBI
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, etc... and techniques such as supervised machine learning, decision trees, logistic regression etc...
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies Hadoop, Apache Spark, etc.
• Excellent Communication skills and story teller, clearly and fluently translate technical findings to a non-technical team.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data pipeline architecture.
