Mayfair Property Group is seeking a driven Russian, Chinese and Irish Consultant with or without experience in the Dubai real estate market to join our team for our International Sales Team. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our business by identifying and acquiring new clients, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
To succeed in this role, you should be customer-focused, have a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and providing timely and effective support to clients throughout the buying/selling/renting process.

Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new business and build a client base through networking and referrals.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on real estate trends in the UAE market.
Identify clients needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the buying/selling/renting process.
Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
