Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Russian Airport Representative at Joyce Tours. The Airport Representative will be responsible for providing assistance and support to and focus to Russian-speaking tourists at the airport in Dubai. The role includes greeting passengers, providing information about airport procedures and facilities, coordinating transportation, and assisting with any issues or concerns the tourists may have. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Russian and English languages

- Flexible and able to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
* Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
